A story of how laboratory research is the beginning of a product launch

The published press release concerns studies on crossing the cell membrane barrier via osmotic shock. We have shown that the key parameter for the success of the process is the use of a polymer that builds up osmotic pressure in the entangled regime. These experiments were the beginning of developing an optimal formulation – the Cell-IN reagent, which is the subject of commercialization of IPC PAS.
